Who we are ?

DEV France is a company based in the Haute-Garonne department in southwest France, specialising in the design and manufacture of alternative, eco-friendly weed control solutions using dry steam. Our equipment is designed and made in France.

DEV was founded in 2017 by four partners, one of whom is an engineer with a fascination for mechanical engineering, technology and, in particular, anything to do with the environment. He started designing his first prototypes for a dry steam weeding machine over 10 years ago, and has been marketing them in France and Europe, via partnerships with a number of companies, for several years now.  

In 2019, the firm was acquired by a team of investors dedicated to financing innovation and entrepreneurship, and keen to develop the business both nationally and internationally.
